宋慈笈，重庆人，2022年12月毕业于重庆大学经济与工商管理学院，获应用经济学博士学位，2023年至今，在重庆理工大学经济金融学院任教。近年来围绕民营企业高质量可持续发展做了大量研究，在《International Review of Financial Analysis》《Finance Research Letters》《Humanities & Social Sciences Communications》《Asian Journal of Technology Innovation》《管理学报》等SSCI及CSSCI期刊发表多篇学术论文，探索性地对民营企业家特征、民营企业创新发展等问题进行了理论分析与实证研究。
